Casa Paddington
This family home is located on a 405m² lot in a quiet street in Paddington, Queensland. The original cottage, built in 1910, has been preserved at the front of the sloping site, with a rear and lower level extension connecting to the pool and backyard. It was a satisfying experience to help the client bring their dream house to life by incorporating their various ideas into the final design.
The character of the existing house seamlessly transitions into a modern open-plan family living room and deck on the upper level, offering views of the neighboring rooftops and the Paddington area. The lower level features the master bedroom, along with a cozy living room that opens to a courtyard and pool entertainment area, complementing the layout of the block.
